On behalf of the government, the National Property Board of Sweden (SFV) manages our common natural and cultural heritage. We manage a variety of state-owned properties – including government buildings, courts, castles and royal estates, theaters, museums, embassies, as well as one-seventh of the country’s area consisting of forests and land.

As employees, we are proud to work for a government agency, operate based on the state’s value framework, and contribute to positive societal development.

We are now looking for summer workers with an interest in gardening at the National Property Board in Rosersberg!

You will work as a park worker full-time during the period of June - August 2025 in our beautiful outdoor environments. We offer a unique opportunity to develop, take responsibility, and work independently.

The Rosersberg Palace area is approximately 400 hectares and is beautifully located by Lake Mälaren. Here we have several state tenants with different activities. We manage the maintenance and operation of the area’s buildings and palace, as well as maintain the beautiful outdoor environment with forests, swimming areas, and palace parks.

Your role
You will work with traditional gardening tasks such as weeding, lawn mowing, edging, and cleaning. You will be part of a team consisting of an operations manager, three regular park technicians, two seasonal park technicians, and four summer workers.

Your profile
You are at least 18 years old and we prefer that you have experience in park work. A B driver's license is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You perform your work carefully, are structured, and have the ability to be punctual. You can work independently and enjoy being part of a team.

More information
The position is a special fixed-term employment full-time during June – August.

If you have any questions, please contact the recruiting operations manager Alexander Mandusic at +46 10-478 72 14.

Union representatives for Saco, Seko, and OFR/S can be reached through our switchboard at +46 10-478 70 00. More information about SFV can be found at www.sfv.se (http://www.sfv.se).

Before a hiring decision is made, a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted. If the employment concerns a position in a security class, the security review will also include a background check, and in some cases, Swedish citizenship is required.

The National Property Board operates in sectors exposed to various risks of irregularities, therefore, preventive measures may involve positions where suitability assessments are conducted.

The application deadline is 2025-03-30, and we look forward to your application and CV.

Welcome to us!
